Enrollment is an easy process.

1. Contact Mrs. Hergert at 206-588-0860 to schedule a school visit.
2. Parents visit school, meet teachers and staff as well as observe classes during their regular daily routine.
3. Questions are answered and an enrollment packet provided.
4. Application for Enrollment is completed and application and fee are mailed.
5. Prior student records are requested.
6. Student visit is scheduled. For early childhood students visit may be a half-day. For all other grades school visitation is one full day.
7. Student comes to school with pencil paper, snack and lunch.
8. All visitors will be assigned a 'buddy' to help familiarize incoming students with our school and its routine.
9. Student visits school and teachers collect observation and/or testing data, depending upon the age of the child.
10. Following student visit the Admissions Committee meets to review all testsing, teacher notes, and the student's previous file and make recommendation either for or against enrollment.
11. Parents will be notified of the committee's enrollment decision.
12. Parents are mailed a contract, and an e-copy of the student-parent handbook. These documents are signed, and returned via mail along with the $300 deposit and any other related fees.
13. Upon receipt of the signed contract and payment, a countersigned copy of the contract and welcome letter will be sent to the parents.
14. A Welcoming Committee school parent will contact incoming families to provide answers to quetstions or any other help that can be provided.
