Academy Schools is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit institution governed by a Board of Trustees. The trustees are volunteers; they include alumni parents, current parents, professional educators, community members and friends of the school. The primary role of the Board is to hold Academy Schools’ mission and future ‘in trust’. The Board provides strategic direction and fiscal oversight for the school. The Head of School is the sole employee of the Board.

Strategic Plan: Academy Schools is revisiting its strategic plan that identified goals in several focus areas: ensure financial stability; attract and retain excellent faculty and staff; develop an effective marketing plan; enhance the Schools’ dynamic learning environment; create and design a long term campus plan; expand community outreach.
